How to reach us

With Lovvent you make each other an Advent calendar: behind every door, photos, voice messages or videos from your partner.

Questions, problems or ideas? Email us at support@lovvent.com. We usually reply within a few days.

Delete your account and data

In the app: Profile → Delete account. This immediately deletes your profile, calendars, photos, voice messages, videos and purchase data.

Without the app: email support@lovvent.com from your account’s email address with the subject “Delete account”. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm this to you.

You cancel a subscription in the subscription settings of the App Store or Google Play; deleting your account does not end it automatically.
